Frequently asked questions

My video is taking a long time.
Editing can take a few minutes, depending on the length and number of clips. You can close the app; the video keeps processing.
The captions have a wrong word.
Open the project, tap Edit captions and correct the word. The video is updated without starting over.
I don't like what the AI did.
Tap undo to go back to the previous version, or open the editor and adjust it yourself.
I didn't get my code by email.
Check your spam folder and wait a minute. Still nothing? Request a new code in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the App Store or Google Play, under your subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Account → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
